The Studio
Lavandaria is a graphic design and silkscreen workshop based in Lisbon.
The project was first created in a place that used to be a neighbourhood Laundry Shop,
what gave it the name "Lavandaria".
Our silkscreen process is effectively manual from the beginning until the end. We use a hand-made light table to burn the frames and basic mechanisms to slowly print the color layers one by one. Time allows us to care about all the details gathering both elements together: paper and ink.
